Docs
Enola documentation.
Everything you need to start with a text: channels, voice notes, approvals, the work line, and how money and data are handled.
Getting started
Text Enola like any other contact. There is nothing to install on a phone: the macOS build is the only Enola client, and it is only needed for work that touches your computer.
The first message opens a guest conversation with no account and no computer access. Ask for access when you want the macOS build, a paired Mac, and your own inbox.
Channels
Enola answers on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, and Apple Messages. Every channel lands in the same account-level conversation, so switching phones or apps never forks your context.
RCS shows Enola with its name and logo on Android; SMS is plain text when that is all a phone supports. The whole thread follows you either way.
Voice notes and dictation
Send a voice note in the thread and Enola answers in the same conversation. On macOS, Option-V starts dictation in whatever app you were already using, and Option-Shift-V is the second voice mode.
A persistent dictionary imports from CSV or TXT and corrects names, jargon, and product terms after every transcription.
Approvals and device tasks
Messaging is for talking; it cannot reach your computer. The moment a request needs your machine, Enola stops and creates a pending task with a one-time link that expires in ten minutes.
You open the link in Enola on your Mac, read the exact command, and confirm it with device authentication. Nothing runs before that, and a signed command from your paired Mac keeps the approval yours.
Enola for Work
Enola for Work is the second line for machine-touching requests, reachable at +1 (559) AI-AGENT. Keep the everyday assistant on +1 (510) HI-ENOLA so personal requests and work never share an inbox.
Privacy and data
Channel messages are not end-to-end encrypted: your phone, the messaging provider, and Enola infrastructure can process the content of a message. Machine output, encrypted results, and device errors are never sent back into the messaging thread.
Conversation context is kept short and expires; pending tasks expire after 24 hours and report that nothing was executed. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Troubleshooting
No reply? Send a plain text message rather than a voice note and check that the number is saved exactly as shown. Reply HELP for status information, or STOP, UNLINK, and DISCONNECT to detach a channel.
For account, billing, or access questions, email support@eno.la and include the channel you messaged from.
Email support@eno.la for anything the docs do not cover.
